Hand crafted in a 100 year old distillery in the heart of Provence, Mistral dry rosé gin takes its colour from thyme flowers and fresh pink grapefruit and gets its unique taste from the wild herbs of Provence. While it is pink in hue, it is the dry herbaceous and herbal botanicals alongside pink grapefruit that have prominence alongside the juniper. With each sip, you'll be transported to the sun-drenched vineyards and fragrant herb gardens of the South of France. Based on our knowledge of the terroirs of Provence and our know-how in the blending of wines, we decided to launch a new artisanal approach for this gin.
