Pikachu's right cheek serves as the power indicator light.Pokémon Red Version 20th Anniversary cover plates - Cover plates depicting Charizard as seen on the box art for Pokémon Red, sold to celebrate the franchise's 20th anniversary. As you open the presentation case the Poké Ball is automatically lifted into position. The display case has an illuminated rubber cup to gently hold the Poké Ball safely in position. The rubber cup is illuminated by six multicolour LEDs, so not only can you illuminate your Poké all while on display, but you can choose from one of seven glowing colours.

Groudon Edition - A red GBA SP released in the Pokémon Center in New York to tie in with the release of Ruby Version. It depicts Groudon's face on the outside and a silhouette of Groudon on the inside. Latios and Latias Edition - A blue and red GBA released only in Japanese Pokémon Centers to tie in with the release of Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias. It features silhouettes of Latios and Latias next to the GBA logo. The polished stainless steel display ring fits perfectly in the Poké Ball icon on the top of the case. After closing the case, place the ring on the top of the case and the Poké Ball sits securely on the display ring.Torchic Edition - An orange GBA SP released in the Pokémon Center in New York only. It was sold in Japanese Pokémon Centers only and features the Generation I starters and Pikachu on the front. Rayquaza Edition - A green GBA SP released in Japanese Pokémon Centers to tie in with the release of Emerald Version. It depicts a silhouette of Rayquaza on the inside and on the outside. Pokémon Center New York Edition - A gold colored GBA released only in the Pokémon Center of New York to commemorate its grand opening. It was later sold at Pokémon Centers in Japan. It depicts silhouettes of Pichu and Pikachu next to the GBA logo. Worlds 2010 Edition - A yellow DSi that has an image of Worlds 2010 artwork on the front. It was awarded to those who placed in the top 32 in the 2010 World Championships.

Light Blue Pikachu Nintendo 64- A lighter blue version of the Pikachu N64 only released in Japan. Included was a matching blue/yellow controller with a Pikachu logo.
