Was offered a small glass of this earlier this year, usually don’t drink whiskey straight or on ice, but was curious about it. As usual, I sampled this neat in a glencairn but I don’t think Frank Sinatra would have ever drank it that way. Furthermore, the condition of the bottle itself is crucial, as flaws or damage can significantly impact its value. What I immediately find to be interesting is that rather than it just smelling like banana bread the whole time, I find some lively, fruity aromas like citrus peel and a little bit of cherry.This limited edition release was created to commemorate the centennial of Sinatra, an artist whose passion for Jack Daniels Whiskey became legendary. Custom-designed whiskey cabinets or glass cases provide an ideal setting for showcasing the bottle with pride.

In late 2012, the distillery introduced Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select, a 90-proof variant aged in grooved Sinatra Barrels.It’s bold and flavorful, yet mellow enough to sip neat, and italso shines in classic cocktails like Old Fashioneds or Manhattans.
